Knee Problem KO's Trezeguet

If there was one question mark with Hércules’ frontline it was their lack of depth. If one of their players was missing, that would compromise their return campaign to the top flight.
No more evident has that weakness been exposed than now. In addition to the absence of Tote, David Trezeguet reportedly has left the club to be treated by doctors in Turin to help treat his chronic knee pain.
Trezeguet will be seeing a doctor of his confidence and will most likely be out for this weekend’s match against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The former French international was being tended to by the club’s medical staff for the past couple of weeks, but the former Juventus star decided to head back to his old stomping ground in order to undergo a series of tests to find out the causes of the pain as well as the extent of any possible damage.
Hércules will be missing out on their leading scorer and this will allow for Javier Portillo to come on and play beside Nelson Haedo Valdez at his old stomping ground.
The Alicante side are currently in the relegation zone with 26 points, just one behind Zaragoza.
