In one of the more high profile matches today, Dean Winstanley takes on Darren Webster and you’ll find Winstanley trading at a pretty competitive price of around 1.7 on the exchanges with his counterpart priced at a 2.42 listing right now.

Following that match-up we have Phil “The Power” Taylor taking on Mark Webster and Taylor is, understandably, the betting favourite to get the job done here and he actually ranks as the biggest fancy of the entire day accordion to the bookmakers. Punters will find Taylor as low as 1.08 right now on the exchanges with Webster poised at a hefty 12.5 price to pull off one of the biggest upsets of the year.

Taylor’s former protege Adrian Lewis is a 1.19 shot right now on the exchanges as he lines up against Keegan Brown in a match that is expected to be a relatively one-sided affair. Most of the top names at this stage will be already keeping their eyes on the next stage so that can sometimes result in a bit of a slip-up at this point.

In the final fixture of the day, Brendan Dolan takes on Michael Smith and you’ll find Smith priced as a 1.52 shot right now against Dolan’s 2.64 listing. This one could be closer than the bookmakers might initially suspect.

In the third round, we have Van Gerwen trading as the 1.20 favourite against 4.50 Terry Jenkins and Benito Van de Pas taking on Robert Thornton.
