Premier League Transfer Exchange Markets Taking Off

With a relatively large amount of business being done for several teams in the English Premier League over the past few weeks, a number of opportunities have emerged on the exchanges as punters look to take advantage of a market feeling the effects of two big-spending clubs from Manchester. A fair bit of wheeling and dealing has been unfolding and the markets on a number of top players are looking extremely robust.
Luka Modric and Harry Redknapp spoke yesterday and the English manager played down the possibility of the Croatian midfielder leaving but he certainly declared that Modric would prefer to be elsewhere. Ultimately, it appears as though layers are confident he will remain at White Hart Lane with a price of around 1.35 should he stay at Spurs and a 2.75 listing to go. Chelsea and Manchester United are favoured destinations.
Speaking of Manchester United, they have confirmed a £20,000,000 bid for the French star Samir Nasri and it appears as though punters think he is definitely out the door despite Arsene Wenger's reluctance to sell. He is listed at 1.3 to leave Arsenal and 2.5 to remain.
Dimitar Berbatov continues to polarize opinions, especially as it's emerged that United might be pursuing strikers despite having several high quality options already. Dimitar Berbatov remaining at Old Trafford gets the slim edge at 1.71 against a 1.96 price to leave. He has been a much-vaunted makeweight should United make a firm move for Modric.
Carlos Tevez is expectedto leave Manchester City after telling Sheik Mansour that he would prefer a move away from Manchester. He is a hefty 2.5 to remain at City and is listed at 1.41 to depart.
Betfair considers Cesc Fabregas good as gone with a 1.2 payout for him to leave Arsenal. He is listed at around 3.5 to stay on as captain. It really appears as though it is all-hands-on-deck at Arsenal right now as their better players jockey for the opportunity to jump ship.
An off-summer for European or International competition for most has seen a number of big moves unfold already with several big Premier League clubs still chasing a few stellar imports. It should be a very interesting few weeks.
