Crystal Palace are out of the relegation zone, but only on goal difference as they are deadlocked on 15 with Burnley. You’ll find them price at a 3.50 margin and that’s probably not high enough when you really consider their chances in this one. It appears as though Southampton are just too good for Palace and it will take a real performance for them to take all three points from the match.

Everton are the significant favourites to get the better of Stoke City here with the bookmakers floating the Toffees at a 1.75 margin against the Potters 5.0 price tag. This one might be interesting - particularly if Stoke can take points off Chelsea in the Monday fixture. Going in with some real momentum could make the difference in this match against Everton and you can expect them to offer up their usual big physical presence in this contest.

Expect that match to be a popular addition to some parlay wagers as the price is a bit short to bet Everton to win individually. The 3.60 price tag on the draw is actually a pretty solid wager and could be popular with neutral supporters.

Bottom-dwellers Leicester City take on Spurs at home on Boxing Day and they are a 3.75 shot against Tottenham’s listing of even money. It’s interesting that Spurs aren’t getting more respect from the bookmakers in this one. After all, compare it to Liverpool who are 1.83 away to get the better of Burnley.

It’s a tricky time to be a Spurs fan with plenty of question marks over top of their recent performances and the general consensus being that something is not entirely right at White Hart Lane. The draw can be backed at a 3.50 price and that’s not out of the question with Spurs seemingly capable of screwing up a lot of stuff in the past season or two with recent signings just not getting the job done when it truly matters.

Manchester United will be taking on Newcastle in a must-win fixture if they plan to keep themselves in the top four throughout the holiday fixture list. United are perhaps a bit short-price here with a 1.40 price tag to get the better of a Newcastle side that have been putting together a fairly solid string of recent performances and look capable of beating nearly anybody on their day.
