EURO 2012 QUALIFIERS OVERVIEW-8 OCTOBER- BETTING ODDS AND TIPS

Tonight see's an array of quality football being played across continental Europe.
There is great talent on display tonight, as teams across the continent fight it out for a chance to compete at the Euro 2012 tournament.
There have been a few surprises thus far; with some of the larger more 'high profile' teams showing marked weakness, which have swiftly exploited by hungrier minnow opposition.
First up we view Cyprus taking on Norway in one of the more evenly contested match-ups of the night.
Bet 365 have Norway as favourites at 2.20, to Cyprus at 3.40
Scotland head in as underdogs playing away in Prague. With the Czech contingent harbouring a much stronger starting XI, and clearly more lethal attacking front, they will take this one easily tonight at 1.61
In one the most influential, and again evenly matched contests of the evening, Switzerland travel to take on Montenegro in what is a must win contest for both XI.
The odds are split right down the middle on this one, with both being labelled at 2.70, and a draw at 3.10.
Switzerland will have to draw on recent successes, such as their victory over world champions Spain in South Africa earlier in the year, in order to put this one away.
A new look Wales squad heads out playing under a new coach for the first time in 6 years, as well as without their highly talented captain Craig Bellamy.
Club vs. country debates aside, Wales will have to earn a win tonight against a side that consistently punched above their weight.
Wales are slight underdogs here at 2.75, with the Eastern European nation of Bulgaria sitting at 2.62
Germany will be looking to once again assert their authority within their group, hosting Turkey in Berlin. Germany have showing in the 2010 World Cup just why they are a global force to be reckoned with, and will trounce the Turks.
This is a good bet with Germany sitting at odds of 1.61 to win tonight
The Republic of Ireland will be hoping for some luck of the Irish when they play host to, a thus far disappointing, Russia.
The clash in Belfast comes fresh off attacks in the region, and a win tonight could do wonders for fans needing something positive to shout about.
The Republic are slight favourites here at 2.50
A good bet can be locked in when Lisbon rocks to the samba style play of Portugal.
Visitors Denmark will struggle here, as they challenge a Portuguese side bursting with talent and desperate to improve on their disastrous start to the campaign thus far.
France have an absolute 'gimme' in their pool tonight taking on Romania. It seems the French are finally pulling themselves out of a nightmare year and will win this easily.
They are favourites at 1.61
Betting Tip: Switzerland to beat Montenegro at 2.70
