Ladbrokes Bonus and 2012 F1 Title Betting Odds

It's been described as one of the most open and exciting seasons in recent memory as the Formula One circuit looks to have a number of twists and turns left in it. Red Bull are significant favourites for the Constructors Title and they're listed at a very short odds-on price of 1/4 to remain in that position until the end of the season.

McLaren remain competitive at a 9/2 price with Ferrari one of the only other genuine contenders and they're still listed at a lengthy 10/1.

One of the biggest moves in the drivers championship has been Mark Webber being clipped into 6/1 from the 14/1 he was trading at previously. His British Grand Prix victory was a very big statement as it saw him come in ahead of the two betting favourites and will bolster his credentials that he can mount a late season charge.

Fernando Alonso, the 2nd finisher in the British Grand Prix, will have been disappointed but he remains the outright favourite to win the season with an unchanged price of around 7/4 with most major bookmakers.

Sebastian Vettel has also seen his price left alone by the bookmakers with a 9/4 price placing him just a step or two behind Alonso in the overall reckoning. He will have his eye firmly-fixed on the next race and will look to make a big statement as the tension begins to ratchet up amongst the four remaining drivers who are still in the mix.

Lewis Hamilton is the only other competitor that he bookmakers seem to be convinced is ready to take a stab at the driver championship. Seeing Webber taking the British GP will obviously be disappointing for Hamilton but it could serve as a stark reminder that the two major fancies are both definitely beatable with good quality driving.

Look for Lewis Hamilton at a price of 4/1.
