Elizabeth Warren remains her closest competitor and can be backed as low as 5/1 with some European bookmakers. Warren maintains that she is not interested in actually running.

Joe Biden has been iffy about whether he would run and he might make a worthy replacement for Hillary if top Democrats decide that things are just a bit too complicated with her in charge. He is trading anywhere from 16/1 to 20/1.
Martin O’Malley is also worth keeping your eyes on as he’s priced with a very significant variance between books. Some rate him as high as a 25/1 shot while others have him trading as low as 12/1 and, effectively, the second closest challenger to Hillary Clinton even though he’s not in the race officially but seems extremely likely to attempt to run for the nomination.
It had previously appeared that Hillary Clinton would not face a primary challenger but O’Malley probably has a few other contenders thinking about a possible run for the White House as well with the likes of Kirsten Gillibrand in the mix at around 25/1 while Jim Webb can be backed at a 33/1 price tag.
For those feeling especially adventurous, they may want to take a look at Al Gore who has now become incredibly rich thanks to some convenient investments and the sale of his left-wing digital news company to an oppressive oil-producing petro-state.
Needless to say, Al Gore might be thinking that Hillary is vulnerable and the White House might be his to take. The bookmakers have him at anywhere from 50/1 all the way up to 100/1.
