Green Bay Packers Favoured Despite Almost Losing to Caleb Hanie

Aaron Rodgers and John Kuhn lead the Pack to Cowboys stadium to take on Ben Roethlisberger and Troy Polamolu in what many expect to be an absolute street fight.
Few will forget the drama of last year’s Super Bowl when the New Orleans Saints shocked America, and the Colts, with that incredible onside kick to open the 2nd half. It will be interesting to see what these two sides have up their respective sleeves for this one.
The team over/unders are set at 21.0 for Pittsburgh and 23.5 for Green Bay. The Packers managed to run up 21 points on both the Bears and Green Bay and their 48 point tally over the Falcons is likely the reason why they’re getting so much play. They very nearly let it all slip against the Bears in the 4th quarter and that was against a 3rd string QB.
Pittsburgh’s defense has propelled them to where they are while Ben Roethlisberger’s all-action offense has the ability to grind down the clock and keep the opposing side’s offense off the ball. If the Steelers secondary has a solid game then there is nearly no way the Packers can win this one.
The 6/5 price tag on the Steelers could wind up being a high-value play by the end of the first half. The Packers are mere 2 point favourites, while the over/under on points is at 44.5. A lower-scoring game favours Pittsburgh.
