Trump is now considered to be the odds-on favourite for the Republican nomination and you’ll find him priced as low as an 8/11 price for the outright nomination with a few bookmakers going as high as even money. Marco Rubio had long been considered the favourite for the nomination as he appears to be emerging as the clear establishments choice. You can find him around a 5/2 margin right now with several books still listin him at a 2/1 price to actually pull off a victory.
Ted Cruz had been popular with Tea Party voters and a certain section o evangelical voters but his chicanery and general rat-like appearance has kept a ceiling on his potential and you will find him trading as high as a 13/2 margin for the outright victory.
Jeb Bush’s sad campaign now sees his priced out at a 16/1 listing to pull off an improbable victory and emerge as the nominee. Not even his famous last name can save him and if he doesn’t win in South Carolina or place in the top three he will be called upon to end his very expensive campaign - something he will likely never recover from.
In South Carolina, Donald Trump is a 1/20 price tag to win on Saturday night with some books going as low as 1/50 for him to triumph in the southern state - something that would have been seen as impossible several months ago.
Ted Cruz is his biggest challenger here but he is trading at a 12/1 margin with bookmakers to pull off a dramatic upset. Marco Rubio trades as high as 20/1 for a SOuth Carolina victory while Jeb Bush is out to 100/1 with some bookmakers alongside John Kasich and Ben Carson.
