The aforementioned Found appears to be in the mix for this one too and the bookmakers have floated a 5/1 price tag on the Arc winning filly. You can expect her to pull off something again here if she runs but you do have to wonder what that big run at Chantilly is going to take out of her. They also have their eye on the Breeders' Cup at the start of November so if she is not absolutely all systems go then you have to assume that they will play it safe and go for the bigger money in the big race happening stateside.

More likely to run in this one appears to be Minding and she comes in off a third place finish in the Irish Champions Stakes to the current favourite in this race but you'll find some solid form if you go back a bit further to her score in the Nassau Stakes at Goodwood back in late July, while another Group 1 score came at Goodwood, but the signature victory this year for her came in the Investec Oaks at Epsom where she beat out a relatively short field of nine to conquer at a very slim 10/11 price tag on the day.

You'll find Mining available at a solid price of about 5/1 alongside Found and Fascinating Rock who lines up for Dermot Weld. The five-year-old contender deserves plenty of respect coming into the race but you have to wonder whether he can pull off the right type of victory once again against a group that might be a bit tougher than some of the others he has faced.

The winner of last year's Champions Stakes, Fascinating Rock has done alright this year, dueling with found on a pair of occasions and getting the better of the Arc winning filly on one of those occasions. There are others in slightly better form this year but you simply can't question his ability to handle the course and distance. And don't forget Bet365's BOG Plus Trebles for races like these.

The other interesting contender is Highland Reel who has never backed down from a challenge and also faced a tough end to the season with the Breeders' Cup and even a trip to Canada being considered for the Smith, Tabor, Magnier outfit. He was able to muster up a second place finish behind Found in the Arc so you have to assume he's bang in form.

He was disappointing in the Irish Champion Stakes against Almanzor but should have the ability to get the job done here if he is frsh. Look for Highland Reel as high as 12/1.
