She Is No Lady is a four-year-old filly by Lope De Vega who appears to be the second favourite here with a hefty price betwen 9/1 or 11/1 with most major bookmakers. She was second last time out in a tough listed contest at Sandown and she will be looking to move forward here and put together something nice.

One of the factors she has in her arsenal is that she is going first-time Frankie Dettori in this race so you can expect her to really improve with the quality steer that she will likely get from the Italian legend.
Another interesting contender is Shrewd, a six-year-old by Street Sense who appears to be something of a York specialist having run his last three efforts over the course. He has progressed up from a Class 3 contest victory two back but was then humbled last time out with a tame fifth place finish when he stepped up to listed level.
The fact remains that he is a course and distance winner and though he appears to be a more blue collar horse than some, the punters seem to think he deserves some attention seeing as though they have backed him down to an 11/1 price tag but it's worth watching where his odds shift to on the day of the race itself.
Kinema ranks as an interesting shot here as well with bookmakers posting prices of around 10/1 on teh Galileo gelding right now. He finished in seventh – about ten lengths back – in the Qatar Goodwood Cup last time out at a rather obviously monikered racetrack. Prior to that he had taken a pair of victories – one at Ascot and one at Goodwood in handicap company – one of which came at a 1m4f distance and the other at the full 1m6f.
He has shown the ability to get the job done at a variety of tracks and has been able to make his mark on the Heritage Handicap circuit. With 25 starts and 5 wins, he looks like he has every chance to make an impression here despite being relatively high in the weights after that victory at Ascot when he took the Duke of Edinburgh Stakes by a one length margin.
