2017 Pegasus World Cup Update PT 3

His performance at Del Mar was impressive and he deserved the result with many expecting him to improve even more this year and kick on nicely to create a big impression on this massive $16,000,000 stage at Gulfstream Park as he points to the 2017 Pegasus World Cup.
Forever Unbridled was being thrown around as a potential entrant here but you’ll find that she has drifted up to a 10/1 price tag and looks a bit high if you look at the type of talent that she has flashed in the past. It looks like there will be a few female entrants this time around and that’s going to make the wagering markets to be very impressive going forward.
Stellar Wind was widely expected to retire following the 2017 Breeders’ Cup Distaff where she finished well beaten at the back of the pack after going in as one of the most widely-vaunted favourites. She is likely bound for broodmare duty afterwards but connections seem to think that staking the $1,000,000 price on her makes sense here.
You’ll find Stellar Wind priced between a 12/1 listing and a 25/1 listing - and the 25/1 looks especially tempting on an each-way wager.
Gunnevera has had some success at Gulfstream Park and wound up acquitting himself well as the season came to a close during the 2017 Breeders’ Cup. There is a lot to like about the chances of hitting the board here so the price that’s around 12/1 thru 20/1 appears to be pretty tempting.
