The only other single digit contender looks to be the likes of Bristol De Mai who boasts plenty of ability but still has a fair amount to prove here against top class competition. One does wonder whether this race is actually the goal to get the victory or simply to hit the board and set the connections up for a better run later on in the season.

The betting public is still giving some support here and he trades in the mid single digits to get the victory here and it would be a lucrative result for any of his backers. He is definitely not in each-way territory in terms of price and there are quite a few runners in this race who could pick up the pieces late on so it could be a question of a win-only bet or nothing.

Clan Des Obeaux is very much in the mix here too but the prices take a big jump after the likes of Bristol De Mai. Right now he trades in the mid-teens with a number of top bookmakers and looks like he could be an interesting each-way wager in this contest.
