2018 Breeders’ Cup Classic Ante Post Update PT 2

One of the more interesting Selections in the mix right now also appears to be Gronkowski who was able to surprise a lot of people when he mustered up a second-place finish to justify in the Belmont Stakes - this is a horse that clearly prefers going a longer distance of ground and he may be up against it tangling with older Colts and geldings going a mile and a quarter this time around.
There is also the fact that because of his name and the famous connections associated with him that he is very likely to be over bet, particularly on the board during the day of the race.
Another one of the top two year olds who was able to push justify all the way and take second place finishes in both the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness was Good Magic who emerged as the 2017 two-year-old champion after securing a stellar victory at the Breeders Cup last year at Del Mar.
Hofburg is considered to be the favorite for the Travers now that justify has declared that he's not going to be running, and he comes into this as the only other Contender who is trading at a single-digit price to win the 2018 Breeders Cup Classic. Similar to Gronkowski he probably prefer is going a longer distance here but the fact remains that he is taking a lot of money in virtually every race that he's contested - and many are waiting for him to emerge as the spoiler that he is often appear to be.
