Right now all three of these contenders trade just within a point or two of each other and that looks pretty good right now for a lot of the betting public as, without any serious withdrawals or mistakes in the actual running of the race, your winner is likely to come from these top three if they run according to their talent. 

Abel Tasman boasts very high profile connections now that Justify has won the Triple Crown and they may opt for a different type of race with her this time out if things look especially challenging for last year’s Kentucky Oaks winner. 

There are a few very interesting pretenders to the crown beginning to emerge already and you’ll find the likes of Elate ranking as one of the only remaining singe digit selections for the outright victory here in the 2018 Breeders’ Cup Distaff. 

Midnight Bisou had been considered to be a potential three-year-old challenger for Monomoy Girl in the Coaching Club American Oaks but she turned her back at the top of the stretch and made her look absolutely ordinary. She looks to be playing for place claims at this point.

The only really fascinating unknown quantity right now appears to be the likes of Wonder Gadot - who was able to capture the Queens Plate at Woodbine in Toronto Canada - beating three-year-old colts and geldings last time out in a very popular victory with the fans.
