2019 Champion Hurdle Betting Update
- By A.J. Ryder on January 21, 2019 16:34 GMTThe Cheltenham Festival is just a couple of months away and there is plenty of interesting Wagers being floated in the ante-post markets as a lot of the main contenders have already had their final preparations for their respective Festival runs.
You can count on some really good offers and promotions being offered up by the bookmakers and the Cheltenham Festival is always one of the Premier volume wedding events of the entire year across the entire globe.
There's a lot to like about this year's Champion hurdle and we have one of the big favourites coming back this time in Buveur D’Air who is able to put together a really good performance on his last race and is now coming into this contest with a price as low as a 5/4 margin.
His chief competition seems to be coming from the likes of Laurina and there is plenty of contenders who believe that I guess maybe one of the big spoilers. It's going to be interesting to see how the odds shift around during the build-up to the 2019 Champion hurdle and you will probably be able to gauge a significant amount of momentum from that.
There are a few other decent contenders in the mix and you will find the likes of Melon and Sharjah both trading at relatively plausible prices here with the pair of them floating around an 8/1 price tag with several top bookmakers.
You’ll also find Verdana Blue and Apple’s Jade in the mix as well with prices anywhere from 6/1 to 10/1 at the time of this writing.
