Ballymore Novices Hurdle Betting Preview

One of the biggest bankers at the entire 2020 Cheltenham Festival is Nicky Henderson’s Envoi Allen and he comes into the race at an odds-on price with several key bookmakers listing him around a 10/11 listing. He has strung together some really solid performances this year and looks set to be a major card to play for the punters looking to do damage to the bookmakers.

There is a lot to like about his ability and you can count on him to deliver if he can get himself a clean trip and not make any errors. 

This is a tricky race to bet for many people since a lot of the contenders coming into the race have entries in the Supreme Novices and the Triumph Hurdle in addition to some of the other minor races. 

Asterion Forlonge is another one who fits that bill and he is getting some serious backing in a few other markets as well and we can expect some real answers once the entries are finalized here. You can back him around an 8/1 listing for this particular contest with a few different ante post markets. 

Sporting John is pointed at this one and you can back him around a 10/1 listing with several top bookmakers and that makes him a solid selection for an each-way wager as we get closer to the race. He has put together some decent runs this year but looks to be a step behind the likes of Envoi Allen but should be able to deliver if you can find a bookmaker paying out 4 places on this one.
