The simple fact is that Altior looks to be head and shoulders above the competition here and you can bank on him getting the victory here unless he makes any mistakes. Frankly, that's why they run these races and the riches await anybody who can actually find the one who beats Altior here.
The third race of the day is the Ultima Handicap Chase and this is always one of the trickiest races to wager on in the entire festival because you typically have a very deep field to navigate. Singlefarmpayment was brought down last time and has been backed to kick on here and improve nicely. You'll find him available around a 15/2 margin and looking good value on an each-way wager there.

You will also find The Druids Nephew who has only been out once so far this season but looks like he could have the measure of these should he be able to channel some of his better efforts in the past. Look for him around a 10/1 margin.
The fourth contest of the day is the Champion Hurdle and we have a really widely-anticipated face-off between Yanworth and his stablemate Buveur D'Air. Both come into the race having taken all three of their efforts in fine style so far this year but it remains a fact that Yanworth is getting the favourites position from the punters with a best price out there of about 3/1 while Buveur D'Air can be backed as high as an 11/2 listing.
Both of them are extremely plausible winners and it's difficult to separate them but you have to reckon Yanworth just has that bit extra in him. Another to watch out for is Tom Scudamore with Moon Racer, who can be found as high as 10/1 and looking like a very plausible spoiler if you're looking to bet against the top two.
The Mares Hurdle is the last really notable race of the day and we've go Limini facing off against the talented Vroum Vroum Mag and actually getting the edge here from the bookmakers as well. Limini has been bet down as low as a 13/8 margin while Vroum Vroum Mag is regarded as a general 3/1 price tag. This one will be very interesting to watch the betting come in on during the day and the direction the money flows between these two could be very telling.
