Seabass Likely Grand National Favourite Part 2
- By Rex Dalton on April 6, 2013 06:01 GMTThe key challenge is likely to come from a few different directions with the likes of AP McCoy saddled on Colbert Station, trading at an 11/1 price tag. Imperial Commander looks to be one of the most fascinating National entries in quite some time and, though he could only muster up a second place finish in his only effort this season, he really does look a quality contender.

He would be one of only three winners of the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National. Punters everywhere will be giving the Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained jumper a few long looks in the paddock tomorrow as he could very well take this race and run with it.
Balthazar King has been very interesting with his price shortened from 33s down to 18/1 at the moment and continuing to gain steam. He is one of the few UK-based horses who has ever taken the Cross-Country race so you know there are no issues about his ability to get the distance.
There are a few other interesting long shots out there in contention with fan favourite Forpadydeplasterer, who will be piloted by AJ McNamara, and he trades at 66/1. Tatenen and Swing Bill also look to be very interesting selections and they are trading at an identical price.
One of the other genuinely interesting contenders is Ballabriggs, who can be backed at 20/1.
