The day's opener is a tough puzzle to solve with a number of contenders coming in with very solid records. Expect some fairly wild movement in the few minutes before the off as you'll find several horses hovering in the 6/1 to 8/1 range, the favourite will likely wind up around 5/1 or 11/2.

The key selections here look to be Baby Mix and Balder Success who both share a 7/1 price tag with Grumeti also at 7/1. Sadler's Risk is the slight favourite with a 6/1 listing and Shadow Catcher who trades at 8/1.
Balder Success is notable for having nothing but victories to his credit and, in his three runs since Christmas, he has won by a combined 26 lengths. There is lots of talent here and it's emerging talent so you could justify selections at higher odds assuming they're going to come out and improve significantly.
The each way bets look quality for Hisaabaat who trades at 16/1 and has just come into form after knocking on the door for the past few attempts. Hollow Tree is quite competitive at 12/1 and he represents a solid selection coming out of the Donald McCain yard.
VERDICT:
A three-horse reverse forecast looks the play with Sadler's Risk, Baby Mix and Balder Success all expected to be there or thereabouts. If the prices hold, you'll still be looking at a hot payout no matter which was it comes home, while adding Hisaabaat and Hollow Tree to the ticket also adds value.
