One of the hottest two-year-olds to emerge in the UK this season has been Aidan O'Brien's Power and he takes to the track one last time in the Dewhurst this weekend. The Group 1 contest is set to run at Newmarket on Saturday and it is drawing a cadre of quality contenders set to contest one of the toughest 7f challenges on the racing calendar for juveniles.

Power has been trading heavily both in ante post markets for the Dewhurst but also for next year's Qipco 2000 Guineas. Punters will find him trading as the 10/3 for this Saturday's test and a full 10/1 second favourite for the Guineas. The only colt rated higher is Harbour Watch and he's trading at a 9/1 margin.
Undefeated Bronterre looks set to offer the sternest challenge in the eyes of the betting public and he emerges fresh off a score at Goodwood, having captured a listed contest by a hefty five lengths. That race proved his 7f proficiency and you reckon that connections will fancy good to soft going to improve the chances for the bay son of Oasis Dream.
Hamdan Al Maktoum has entered his 2/2 colt Ektihaam who rose in prominence after following up an impressive maiden score with a 7f victory on the St Leger under card at Doncaster. He was sent off at 8/15 against a highly-rated Godolphin colt and went on to win well having been bet down sharply in the minutes leading up to the off.
Promising maiden breaker Spiritual Star is an Irish-bred that enters off a six length score at Newmarket against non-winners. He looks to be one who will enjoy firmer going on the day and could be dangerous as he really acquitted himself well to beat a twelve-strong field. Punters will find Spiritual Star trading around 8/1.
Group 2 winner Red Duke has never finished off the board in five career attempts, three of which came at Group 2 level. The two-year-old American-bred is by Hard Spun and is out of a Gone West mare. The step up in class is not as pronounced for the chestnut as it is for some of the others and he looks to be offering up a quality price as well – bookmakers have him trading at or near 14/1.
